  • I created this guide because I truly believe in my spreadsheet system and I believe that it can benefit others. I've been using it since 2019, it's been extensively tested and is extremely thorough!

  • This guide is for photographers/videographers of any level. Those just starting out and wanting to keep costs low (google sheets is free, the only investment you have to make is this guide and you’re set). And those with more experience that prefer to do things manually and don't need a robust automated system. I hold nothing back, walking you through every single step, teaching you how to use every aspect, and how to customize it to work for your business.

  • My system is not an automated system. It won’t pull things from your accounts and organize them for you. You’ll need to do that yourself. BUT, it is a simple and thorough system, that doesn’t take much time to maintain. It does color code automatically and adds up your net income, gross income, tax charged, processing fees, and expenses automatically.

    Honestly, I’ve tried automated systems before and they took a lot more time to keep up with than my manual system. So if you’re not a fan of automated systems or are looking for a program that’s free to use and don’t mind maintaining it yourself, this just might be perfect for you.
